👋 Consultant, problem-solver, builder
Hi, I'm Jessie. I help founders get focused and move faster.
I'm working with founders on all kinds of problems — whether that's helping a small business tackle something technology can solve, or working with an early-stage startup that needs structure, focus, and product management frameworks to make sure they're channeling energy in the right direction.
My Services
Fractional Product Management
Fractional means part-time: you get a senior PM for a defined engagement, without the overhead of a full-time hire. You have ideas and direction but not enough structure to make them happen — I bring the process you're missing. That means talking to users, building a business case, facilitating decisions, picking the right solution, and breaking it into a realistic plan.
AI & Tech Consulting
You know something is eating your time but you're not sure if technology can fix it. I dig into your day-to-day, identify where the real friction is, research what tools or AI could actually help, and set it up. I've helped business owners go from manual chaos to automated workflows — and taught them how to use AI to keep winning time back.
0→1 Product Build
You have a problem and an idea for how to solve it, but you've never built software before and don't know where to start. I'll keep you focused, help you pressure-test the idea, scope an MVP, and get something real in your hands fast — without overbuilding or wasting time on the wrong things.
Operations & Process
Your business is growing but the way you're running it isn't keeping up. I map out how things actually work, find where things are falling through the cracks, and build simple systems so the business runs more smoothly without everything depending on you.
Not sure where to start?
Bring me your problem and we'll figure out together if I can help. If I can't, I'll be upfront about it and point you in the right direction.
Where I've Operated
Owned Supply and Demand initiatives for the branded resale platform, building a structured product roadmap anchored in funnel analysis, data, and company goals. Helped establish the formal product function, shifting the team toward scalable, company-wide growth.
Defined the roadmap and delivered core enterprise features including SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and an overhaul of the permissions system to introduce roles and modernize access control.
Partnered with enterprise customers to ensure their data security, reporting, and onboarding needs were met and they were getting full value from the platform.
Managed complex enterprise implementations for large customers across healthcare, financial services, and retail — partnering with engineers and designers to deliver a suite of digital products including website pages, site search experiences, and data ingestion pipelines to keep business information accurate and up to date.
Things I've Built

About
I spent 8 years in tech across customer success and product management — from early-stage startups to post-IPO companies, across marketing technology, visual collaboration, and ecommerce. I've managed complex enterprise implementations, led 0-1 product builds, owned conversion funnels end-to-end, and delivered outcomes for large customers across financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology. I've mostly served enterprise customers, though I've dabbled in mid-market too.
My implementation background gave me a strong muscle for customer empathy — asking the right questions, sitting with messy problems, and cutting through to what actually matters. I carried that into my role in product, pairing that instinct with frameworks, data, and ruthless prioritization. The result is a sharp eye for understanding the real problem, knowing what's worth solving, and delivering value fast.
Now I bring that same instinct to founders and small business owners — helping you figure out where to focus, what's actually worth solving, and where technology can do the heavy lifting. So you can stop spending time on work that drains you and get back to what moves the needle!
I live in Denver with my husband and our dog Mingo (named after LSU football player Barkevious Mingo). You'll find me hiking and skiing depending on the season, with strong opinions about thrifting, books, and home design. Available remotely or in-person if you're local!
